Each chewable tablet contains 80 mg or 125 mg simethicone.

- Simethicone can reduce the absorption of thyroid medications (such as levothyroxine)

Dosage:
- One 80 mg chewable tablet 2-4 times during the day and at bedtime. Not to exceed 6 tablets per day
- One 125mg chewable tablet 1-2 times as needed.
Signs of an allergic reaction, such as a rash. shudder; Itch; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin with or without fever; zoom. Tightness in the chest or throat. trouble breathing, swallowing, or speaking; Unusual hoarseness or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.
